As part of the project, modernization of public sector information systems and improvement of their interoperability is planned. This includes the development of an information system for unified risk analysis and management to support children's developmental needs. The goal is to ensure the accumulation and exchange of essential information that will facilitate the timely identification of developmental risks in children and the provision of support/intervention services tailored to individual needs.
Project Objective:
To develop a unified risk analysis and management information system for the early identification of children's developmental needs, coordinated planning of necessary healthcare and early intervention services, and monitoring the provision of support measures within the educational environment.
The project is implemented by the State Chancellery in cooperation with 9 partner institutions. The information system developed within the project will be administered by the State Chancellery, while the system holder will be the State Regional Development Agency. The development of the information system also involves the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs, National Health Service, Centre for Disease Prevention and Control, National Centre for Education, State Education Quality Service, as well as the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education and Science, and the Ministry of Welfare.
